Product Classification & Selection Guide
1.Raw materials and spraying equipment
Tailu uses Aksu and KCC imported PVDF fluorocarbon special coatings throughout the entire line, with resin performance meeting AAMA2605 international weather resistance standards; Equipped with a German electrostatic spraying production line and an intelligent constant temperature curing oven, paired with a complete aluminum pretreatment assembly line, the entire process is automated to reduce issues such as manual color differences, missed coatings, and sagging. Special-shaped and double-curved aluminum panels can all be uniformly sprayed in a standardized manner.
2.Standardized spraying process flow
- After deep pretreatment: of the base material and the aluminum sheet metal processing, sequential degreasing and degreasing, multi-stage water washing, deoxidation, chromatification passivation, and pure water cleaning are completed to form a protective film on the aluminum surface, fundamentally preventing coating bubbling and peeling, greatly enhancing paint adhesion.
- Multi-layer electrostatic spraying: supports mainstream processes such as two-coat and one-bake, three-coat two-bake, and four-coat three-bake: primer reinforcement for anti-corrosion adhesion, topcoat for core protection in color and weathering, clear coat to enhance stain resistance and wear resistance, and standard varnish layers for metallic and dark panels, with a fine and full finish and stable dry film thickness controlled at 40–80μm.
- Precise high-temperature curing: with zoned temperature-controlled baking, stabilizing temperature between 180–250°C. Layered baking ensures thorough cross-linking curing of fluorocarbon paint, resulting in a highly tough coating that is not prone to cracking.
- All finished products are inspected: for factory quality checks, testing for color difference, film thickness, adhesion, salt spray, impact resistance, and hardness. Pin holes, orange peel, and color defects are removed, and after film protection, the products are packed and shipped.
