1.Advanced Aluminum Pretreatment
uses a German pretreatment system, with multiple steps including degreasing, oxidation removal, passivation, and pure water cleaning, removing oil stains and impurities from aluminum panels, enhancing the adhesion of polyester coatings, and preventing paint peeling and bubbling.
2.Fully Automatic Electrostatic Spraying
combined with a German electrostatic spray gun, uniformly atomizing polyester coating, with uniform coating thickness on the board, no missed spray, sagging, or particle defects, supporting solid color, matte, and metallic color combinations.
3.The Intelligent Segmented
temperature-controlled curing oven with constant temperature curing enables precise temperature control curing, allowing the polyester coating to be fully leveled and formed, resulting in a smooth and fine paint surface, meeting hardness standards, and high forming efficiency, suitable for mass order production.
4.Finished Products Undergo Multiple Quality Inspections

Polyester sprayed aluminum panels have moderate weather resistance, making them more suitable for: indoor ceilings in shopping malls, wall decorations, shop storefronts, corridor curtain walls, office building interior partitions, low-rise exterior walls, canopies, elevator coverings, equipment exterior decorations, and other indoor or low-rise scenarios without prolonged strong sunlight.
It is not recommended for coastal use, super high-rise, or long-term outdoor buildings exposed to sunlight (for such projects, our factory recommends spraying PVDF fluorocarbon paint).
