Product Classification & Selection Guide
1. Professional Aluminum Pretreatment
Uniformly uses a fully automatic German pretreatment line, which undergoes degreasing and degreasing, multi-stage water washing, deoxidation, chromatification passivation, and pure water rinsing. This forms a stable transition film on the aluminum surface, greatly improving powder coating adhesion and eliminating issues such as peeling, bubbling, and peeling.
2. Fully Automatic Electrostatic Powder Spraying
With original German electrostatic rotary cup spray gun, the solid polyester powder relies on electrostatic electricity to uniformly adsorb the front and back, folded edges, and corners of the aluminum plate, resulting in a uniform and full coating thickness with no sagging or missed spraying. Unlike liquid paint, powder coatings are formed in one step, offering strong coverage.
3. High-temperature curing and baking
Intelligent zoned constant temperature curing room precisely controls temperature curing, allowing polyester powder to fully melt, level, and cross-link. After forming, the paint surface becomes dense and smooth, hardness is higher, and color difference control is stable in mass production.
4. Finished products are fully inspected and laminated
With finished sheets tested for film thickness, color difference, adhesion, and impact resistance, screening for pinholes, particles, and orange peel defects. After surface coating and protection, the products are packed and shipped out of the factory.
