Customers may customize the length freely. The unfolded width is generally no more than 1.8 meters and the length within 3 meters. Special sizes are available upon separate custom orders.

Made of high-grade aluminum alloy, it is formed by CNC bending and other technologies according to the size, shape and structure designed for the project site. After pickling, chromating and other treatments, primer is applied via spraying technology. Wood grain paper is then attached, followed by thermal transfer printing to form this architectural decorative material.

Installation Method

1 Before construction, recheck the quality of the main structure against the frame design of the aluminum veneer curtain wall. The quality of the main structure greatly affects the layout of the curtain wall frame. In particular, deviations in wall verticality and flatness, as well as the positions of exterior wall window openings, will affect the horizontal alignment of the whole curtain wall. 2 Carefully verify construction drawings and on-site measured dimensions to ensure accurate design and fabrication. 3 The aluminum veneer curtain wall is constructed with scaffolding. Set up double-row scaffolding according to the height and width specified in the curtain wall frame drawings. The distance between scaffolding and the wall shall be no less than 50 cm for convenient construction.
